April Lockhart

April Lockhart is a born on July 4, 1995. As a seventh-grade student she began taking guitar lessons and piano lessons. This ignited her passion for songwriting. April Lockhart penned her first track"Different" when she was twelve years old. When April was 14 years old, she devoted the majority of her time making song concepts as well as perfecting the song. After that, she started taking trips to write with father, who lived in NY as well as LA. April began also to incorporate additional topics that were related to of her classmates who struggle with issues such as peer pressure disabilities and even teenage suicide as depicted in the song"Take my Hand. Lockhart is a partner at famous Clean Beauty brand Ilia and is also a lifestyle blogger with a huge following of her own. Born without a left hand, Lockhart is a major part of herself. It's however not her entire story. Lockhart acknowledges her handicap on Instagram, but she isn't making it the focal point of the post. What's the message? It's important to keep in mind that everyone has multiple faces. Our identities are diverse and we're greater than the bodies we wear. Lockhart tells Lockhart via video "I do not believe that disability will define me. It's not my intention to have an impact on disabilities because I've got many more things to contribute." This doesn't influence my day-to-day activities. I conduct the same way as I always do and have come up with different ways of adapting. The same is true for my personality, and it should be discussed. Lockhart is a true source of motivation for self-acceptance generally and is currently on a lengthy road to reach the goal. However, she acknowledges going through periods of being uncomfortable with her body and sometimes not being confident in wearing specific types of clothes which showed the arms of her. Today, she wears anything she likes and uploads pictures of herself in these outfits on social networks with a sense of pride. The journey itself is the key thing I'm not sure if it will be an end of self-love. That's true of everyone regardless of how much they are afraid. It's vital to surround yourself those who can identify and feel your heart.
