Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed with Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. In the age of thirteen, Richard moved his family out of Nebraska and moved to Casper in the state of Casper where his father was head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservancy district.
